I grew up in Davenport, Iowa, and I've spent more than 20 years helping people buy and sell homes in Arizona. I've completed over 500 transactions across the Valley, and I built my business on integrity, education and community.

I'm also a strong negotiator, and most people think negotiating ends when the contract is signed. Mine doesn't. I keep working until the keys are in my client's hands. When there's a deal to be had, I look for the way to position my client to get the best one.

I've been through a lot of transactions, so experienced agents and even brokers come to me for ideas and advice on tough deals. I also coach and mentor fellow agents. That experience goes to work for you, because I'm always looking for an angle to serve my clients better.
