Buckeye 55+ communities: questions people ask

Which 55+ communities are in Buckeye?
Buckeye's two main age-qualified communities are Sun City Festival by Del Webb in northern Buckeye and Victory, the 55+ district inside Verrado near the White Tank Mountains. Both have their own clubhouses, pools and fitness centers, and golf is close to each. Builders such as David Weekley Homes are selling new homes at Victory, and resale homes come up in both.

What amenities does Sun City Festival have?
Sun City Festival, about 10 miles west of Surprise, has two recreation centers, the Saguaro Recreation Center and the Sage Recreation Center. Amenities include pools, a fitness center, pickleball courts and a softball field. Copper Canyon Golf Club is the community's golf course.

What is Victory at Verrado?
Victory is the 55+ district of Verrado, a master-planned community in Buckeye in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains. Its clubhouse, The Victory Club, has resort-style pools, a fitness center and a racquet pavilion with tennis and pickleball courts, and the district has no gates or walls. Verrado Golf Club's Victory Course is nearby.

Does Buckeye have a senior center?
