If schools are part of your search, verify the assignment for the exact property with the district. Boundaries and enrollment availability need an address-specific check.

A practical home-search plan

1. Share your priorities. Tell me your expected move date, work location and what you need from a home.
2. Narrow the search. Compare communities and properties that fit your priorities. If financing is part of the purchase, discuss your budget and timing with your lender.
3. Make your visit useful. Organize tours around a focused shortlist and leave time to check the surrounding area and your commute.
4. Work through the details. Evaluate the home's condition, costs and offer terms, then coordinate the purchase timeline with the other parts of your move.

Buying right away is not the only possible plan. If your timing is uncertain, we can discuss what you need to resolve before committing to a purchase.
