DeLex Realty
Queen Creek is a southeast Valley town with a mix of farm-country heritage and newer master-planned communities. It lies mostly in Maricopa County and extends into Pinal County, and it is popular with buyers who want space and newer homes. These are the newest homes for sale in Queen Creek listed at $1,000,000 and above. There is no single definition of a luxury home, so I use this price point as a starting place for this area.
At higher price points, lot, views, privacy, finishes and amenities can vary widely, and terms and timing can matter as much as price. Having an experienced agent on your side helps you compare properties and structure an offer that protects your interests.
Every luxury home is different, so plan on detailed inspections and a careful review of the HOA documents, if any, before you make an offer.
Every purchase is different, and I'm a strong negotiator who keeps negotiating until the keys are in my client's hands. On some homes you may also be able to take over the seller's existing FHA, VA or USDA loan; see my assumable mortgage guide.

What are the rules for keeping animals on a large lot in Queen Creek?
The Town of Queen Creek no longer caps animal unit counts on lots of one acre or larger, after the Town Council approved the change on April 15, 2026. The animals still need access to pasture and to shade, which can be a structure or landscaping. Before you write an offer on horse property, confirm the zoning and any HOA rules for that parcel.
Can I add a detached structure to a large-lot home in Queen Creek?
Often yes, but an accessory structure may need a building permit and must meet the Town's Zoning Ordinance and building codes. Setbacks, lot coverage and height rules depend on the subdivision and the zoning district, such as R1-43 or R1-54. Town Planning staff can answer questions about a specific lot.
What is Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre?
Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre is a 38-acre equestrian facility on E. Riggs Road in Queen Creek. It has two covered and two outdoor arenas plus 320 barn stalls. It hosts English and Western horse events, rodeos, concerts and vendor fairs.
Who provides water to homes in Queen Creek?
Many homes get water from the Town of Queen Creek Water Department, which serves about 40 square miles of the Queen Creek area. Other companies serve some parts of the area, so the provider depends on the property's location. The Town's water service area map shows which provider serves a given address.
Is San Tan Mountain Regional Park near Queen Creek?

Maricopa County Parks reports more than 20 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding, plus a horse staging area. See more about the area in our Moving to Queen Creek guide.
