The kinds of homes I know

How I sell a higher-end home
- Price it right from day one. At this level, the first two weeks matter most. I'll show you the real comparable sales, not a number picked to win your listing.
- Professional photos and video. Many higher-end buyers are from out of state and shop online first.
- Reach out-of-state buyers. I've helped buyers from Wisconsin and overseas buy here, sometimes after only a few days in town, and sold homes for owners living out of state.
- Straight talk all the way to closing. You'll hear the good, the bad and the ugly from me, so there are no surprises.
