The Madera is a Classic home, the Grand's smaller single-family homes, on lots about 60 feet wide, usually 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Del Webb built it in Phase 1 of the Grand, where plan numbers in the 9100s were used. The original plan was 1,612 sq ft; homes listed on this site over the last three years have typically shown about 1,627 sq ft, since many were built with extensions.
