The Sun City Grand Legacy Floor Plan (C9222)
The Legacy is a Cottage series home in Sun City Grand, about 1,284 sq ft as originally built by Del Webb, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Below is my own drawing of the plan, both ways it was built, plus every Legacy for sale right now.
Illustrative drawing by Terry Day, not to scale. Many Legacy homes were built as the mirror image, so check both. Room sizes and options vary by home.
