The newest Encanterra homes for sale are shown below, newest first. Encanterra, the Shea Homes Trilogy resort community near Queen Creek and San Tan Valley, is only partly 55+, and club membership comes with its own plan and dues. Check the section, the club terms and the jurisdiction on every new listing.
Encanterra new listings at a glance
I am Terry Day, REALTOR with DeLex Realty. Encanterra is easy to search wrong if you treat every street the same. The same golf course and clubs serve neighborhoods with different age rules, and two listings can look identical online. Here is what to check before you book a showing.
Shea Homes describes Encanterra as a "Partial 55+ Resort Community." It has select 55+ Trilogy neighborhoods, plus neighborhoods for all ages, including 55+ residents.
The age rules for any home are set by the recorded CC&Rs and the documents for that neighborhood, not by the community name in the listing. If an age-restricted section is a requirement for you, we confirm it for the specific address before you fall in love with the floor plan.
Encanterra Country Club is a private, non-equity club with an 18-hole championship golf course, two resort clubs (La Casa and The Algarve), pools, a spa, fitness, and tennis and pickleball courts. The club says all owners within Encanterra are social members, with the option to upgrade to a golf membership. Its membership summary says both the Community (social) and Golf categories are reserved for Encanterra property owners.
The club membership is not part of your purchase contract. The club sets its own initiation fee, monthly dues and terms in a Membership Plan, and says prices and terms can change at the club's discretion. HOA assessments are a separate item again. Before you write an offer, ask for the current Membership Plan and the HOA resale disclosures, and read them side by side.
If golf is the reason you are looking here, see my page on Encanterra golf course homes.
Encanterra uses a Queen Creek mailing address and sits in Pinal County, an area many people still call San Tan Valley. In October 2019 the Queen Creek Town Council approved annexing the Encanterra area. A residents' group, Encanterra Residents Against Annexation, challenged it in Pinal County Superior Court, which put the effective date on hold. The trial court dismissed the case, and in March 2020 the Arizona Court of Appeals affirmed that dismissal.
Because the address, the town and the county can affect services, permits and property tax billing, confirm the current jurisdiction for the exact parcel with the Town of Queen Creek and Pinal County before you close. Do not rely on the mailing address alone.

ARMLS closed sales from Aug 6 to Nov 3, 2026: 28 sales across Encanterra (all-ages and 55+ sections combined), with a median sold price of $592,500 and a median of $306 per square foot. On Nov 6, 2026 there were 64 active listings, listed from $359,000 to $1,475,000.

With that many homes on the market at once, the newest listings below are only part of the picture. For the full community overview, see Encanterra homes for sale in Queen Creek. Comparing other East Valley options? Look at Solera in Chandler, Trilogy at Power Ranch in Gilbert, or the 55+ community finder.
The site does not send alerts. To hear about new Encanterra homes as they list, call or text Terry with your must-haves: 55+ section or any section, golf course lot or not, single-level, garage size and price range. I will send matches as they list.
Are all Encanterra neighborhoods 55+?
No. Shea Homes describes Encanterra as a partial 55+ resort community, with select age-restricted Trilogy neighborhoods and other neighborhoods for all ages. Confirm the age rules for the specific address in the CC&Rs and recorded documents.
Does buying a home in Encanterra include club membership?
The club says all Encanterra owners are social members, with the option to upgrade to a golf membership. Membership has its own initiation fee, monthly dues and Membership Plan, separate from your purchase contract. Ask the club's membership office for the current plan in writing.
Is Encanterra in Queen Creek or San Tan Valley?
Encanterra uses a Queen Creek mailing address and is in Pinal County. The Town of Queen Creek approved annexing it in 2019 and a residents' group challenged that in court. Confirm the current jurisdiction for the address you are buying.
