Harvest Queen Creek is a master-planned community in southeast Queen Creek, south of Riggs Road between Signal Butte Road and Gary Road, with 85142 addresses. Its single-family homes date from about 2020 on, and the community is known for its farm-themed parks, a community lake with pools, and Schnepf Elementary built inside it.
I'm Terry Day with DeLex Realty. Harvest is one of the newer master plans in Queen Creek, and it still has a builder selling new homes while the first sections are now coming up for resale. Below is what I have verified about where it is, who built it and what to check before you buy or sell here.

Harvest sits in the southeast corner of Queen Creek. Riggs Road runs along the north side, and across Riggs are the fields and attractions of Schnepf Farms. Gary Road, on the Meridian Road alignment, forms the east edge, and the land across it is Circle Cross Ranch in Pinal County. The west side reaches Signal Butte Road, where the Town plan called for a 12-foot trail. A 36-foot faux water tower marks the corner of Riggs and Gary.
The land was planned as "Meridian Crossing" by TerraWest Communities. Queen Creek annexed it on November 2, 2016, and approved its zoning the same night. A Town staff report from 2018 describes about 414 gross acres, about 1,244 homes and about 105 acres of open space, roughly a quarter of the site.
Lots were planned in widths from 45 to 75 feet, or about 5,625 to 9,750 square feet, so the community mixes smaller-lot homes with larger ones. Town records show Beazer Homes approved for 191 lots in 2019 and Lennar approved for 159 lots in 2021. Landsea Homes bought 90 homesites in 2019. David Weekley Homes opened its Orchard Collection on 65-foot homesites and its Saddlestone Collection on 75-foot homesites in 2020. Pulte is selling its Harvest Enchantment Series now, with one- and two-story plans of about 3,148 to 4,141 square feet.
County Assessor records show the first plats built around 2020 and newer parcels still being built in 2026. That means you can compare a resale with a few years of landscaping against a brand-new home from a builder. There is no age-restricted section here; it is an all-ages community.
The center of Harvest is a community lake with a leisure pool, a lap pool and a splash pad. Pulte also lists two parks, a children's orchard playground, bocce courts, ping pong tables, themed plazas, an open-air pavilion with restrooms, a hammock shade structure and lit event lawns. The Town plan named themed neighborhood parks such as the Pollinator Garden, Solstice Park, The Pasture and Market Farm, tied together with paved trails. Pulte also notes gigabit fiber to the homes.
Outside the community, Schnepf Farms is right across Riggs Road, and the Town's Mansel Carter Oasis Park has a 5-acre fishing lake, a splash pad and pickleball. See my Queen Creek guide for more of what the town offers.
Harvest is served by Queen Creek Unified School District. Schnepf Elementary, at 23161 E. Grange Parkway, was built inside the community on former Schnepf family farmland and opened in 2021. Listings name different middle and high schools, including Crismon High School on Riggs Road and Queen Creek High School, so confirm boundaries with the district for any address. Learn more on my Schnepf Elementary page.
The community association is the Harvest Queen Creek Community Association, formed in 2018. Public corporation records list AAM as its management company. As with most newer master plans, the HOA maintains the lake, pools and parks and enforces design rules on things like paint colors, landscaping and RV parking. Ask for the CC&Rs, the current budget and any transfer fees early in escrow, and check whether a builder still controls the board.
With a builder still selling, I help buyers weigh new against resale: lot size and direction, included features, closing timelines and what the HOA covers. A Town staff report names the Town of Queen Creek for water and sewer and SRP for electric, but confirm utilities by address. On a resale, you may also be able to take over the seller's FHA or VA loan; see my assumable mortgage guide and first steps to buying a home in Arizona.
When new homes are still being built nearby, resale pricing needs care. I compare your home with recent Harvest sales by lot width, builder and upgrades, and I show buyers what they get with yours that a new build does not, like finished landscaping and window coverings. Read how to price your Arizona home to sell.
